The pixie has a +4 LA. That means that even if Remuthra doesn't take any character levels, you are letting a fourth level character into your first level game.

OK then. Course of action: Each positive stat is reduced by four. Strength penalty is negated. Each level changes the fours from the subtraction to one lower and the addition to the Strength one lower. At level four it is almost exactly like the template. At six, the dance thing is learned.

Crisis averted.

Well, I was writing a post asking about rules, but it got lost when I had to stop to freak out about Remuthra being OP.

Either way, LA is short for Level Advancement, which lets you balance powerful races. Typically, only tier 5 and 6 are allowed to ignore LA for the levels that you take them. So a Gnoll could start as a third level fighter, since they have two racial Hit Dice and one LA.
Also, a Pixie would only get the stat bonuses at level up if they take a tier 5/6 class, I assume?

Next, there is a rule from Races of the Wild that lets you play as a Half-Breed. Is it acceptable?

Since psionics are on the Hypertext, I feel comfortable taking one of those classes, specifically Psionic Warrior.
Edit: Actually, I think I'm going to go (I can't believe I am saying this) monk.

I'm tempted to find the biggest race I can and then just apply Tawanchior's rules for pixies to it, with his permission of course.
