Look here for the In Character Thread of which you Seek!Well, I read the Hypertext d20 system reference site, and decided that DnD 3.5 looked friggin' awesome.
Therefore, I decided to run a campaign for it. I know this is the, erm, third, 3.5 game going on, but I can't very well magically transform my 4e game half an edition backwards.
So, anyway...
-Stats are 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8, any way you like. Feel free to subtract from one to add to another.
-Feel free to use the efficiency metagamer's paradises of monster races.
-Variant rules: if you want bloodlines or backgrounds or the like from Unearthed Arcana, check with me. I'll roll for randomness if you so desire.
-I'm not going through the hell of creating battle maps, so just distances and angles.
-LET'S USE
MYTHWEAVERS!
-Starting at Lv. 1.
-Double loot mayhaps? These things run sssslllloooowwwwllllyyyy on forums.
-I've learned my lesson with big parties. Party goes up to five.
-I have a setting planned out, based off of a DF map. That world generated an awesome desert in the east, due to wind patterns.
-Unfortunately, my sole knowledge of 3.5 is based off of Hypertext, so that's the boundaries of the campaign. This, unfortunately, means no mind flayers.
-Monetary issues: Starting cash goes as follows:
OCD DETECTIVE (Monk, ha ha): 10
DROID: 55
SORCERER OR WIZARD: 80
WIZARDLY MUSICIAN (Bard) OR CONAN THE _________(Barbarian): 105
MAKEUP (Rouge) OR CLERIC: 130
PALLY DIN, RAY N. GER, INVENTOR OF SWORD-CHUCKS (Fighter): 155
Questions? Comments? Concerns? Offers of money? I'd prefer a party not made entirely of wizards or fighters or the like.
