I think we should send 10 groups of 10 soldiers to scout where the Xenos have landed, and identify any defenses, and the amount of their troops. I think we can all agree that scouting would help, especially if we decide to attack now. Perhaps we could also find out what their intentions are. I also second trying to capture one of them.

We have the dudes to spare so +1 to this also.

I hope our queens are popping out babies overtime.

To summarise we are doing the following right?
With hive mind we are allow to have suicidal scout right
let send in a hundred soldier to just zerg their fortification and gather as much visual info as we possibly can
This can certainly be incorporated into the initial plan.

Definitely we can break through their camps and cause as much death as possible. Bringing back some bodies where possible.

the piority should be they weaponary and or any equipment we can get our hand on. Our queen Queens want to absorb them

I guess your right the Xionic Technology in question should be brought back so our Queens/workers can understand them. Hopefully we can level the field..

Expand the tunnels. first surround them with collapsible tunnels so as to hinder expansion and then expand and base A hive directly under them with entrances/exits reasonable far away so they don't suspect.

+1 Plus more Soldiers being bred. were going to need to start small scale raids against there patrols to keep them off balance.

I'd also say attack there trucks but i doubt we know about those...yet.
Our attacks should be in the opposite direction from our hive building efforts to draw them off.
How do you know about their trucks?

I'm totally not human...

I mean it's kind of no brainer that there going to have trucks and tanks. But let's just make suggestions WITHOUT them. Just to make it fair ya know?

Colonization

The soldiers watched from the shadows, as the Xenos quickly started running around their land, turning on machines, working on things. It was like they had awoken from some slumber. Many of them started working on a large wall outside, while the ones holding the large, black rectangles stood guard. The soldiers took this information, and digested it, starting to raid at night, and sometimes, at day, to keep the Xenos surprised. Most of the raids were of little or no point, with almost all of them ending in no blood shed on either side. However, one raid on the construction site itself proved very valuable. The Xenos were lazy, and not expecting a brave raid on such a central point of their operations. The unarmed workers proved almost incapable of defending themselves, and the brave soldiers killed 20 of them before being forced to retreat by the armed guards, losing 5 of their own. The next night, 100 of the soldiers gathered outside the now-finished wall, and stopped. Even with the loyalty to the queens bred into them, even with them barely even knowing what fear is, they stopped. Some would say it was a tactical move, that they did not attack because it would be a waste of lives. But in the end, it was fear. Fear affects everything, from the biggest giant, to the smallest microbe. On that day, facing that high wall, brimming with gun turrets and, to the Aliens, the embodiment of death, the Fearless felt fear.

At the same time, workers burrowed under their feet, digging small tunnels they could collapse at will. They could not dig directly under the wall, due to it's foundations, but they dug all around it, providing a very good incentive to not expand any further. The queens, meanwhile, got to work laying eggs. By the end of the next couple of days, 2500 Aliens had hatched, with 500 of them being soldiers, and all the eggs were replaced by new ones.

Raid more. Take their weapons. We will learn to fight fire with fire.

Yes also target smaller construction equipment so we can break through the foundation.
EDIT: We should also try to make a sub-caste of Warrior that has stronger armor as they have guns.

Devour all the warriors who failed to attack.

This seems wasteful, but think: we cannot afford to let our troops fear the enemy more than they fear us. They will obey, because currently, our only method of attack is rushing at our foes, trying to get into melee, and if they won't do that these xenos will win.

Let attempt to breed a fearless caste of warrior. Elite soldier who are not afraid to die.

Also do we have a smaple of any xenos tech to be absorb and possibly incoprate into the new caste?

+1 step up the raids to keep them as off-balance as possible. There will be "safe time" form them day or night as we watch for weak points.

Also continue to expand the tunnels around the Xeno "fortress" in case we need more collapsements.

Also see what we can do about stealing equipment be they weapons from there armed gaurds or tools from there workers or even some machines.

Yes to creating a new Caste of warriors (maybe one that uses dangerous toxins to spit at humans) but no to attacking that wall.

It has Gun emplacements that could kill 100 warriors before they could ever even touch the wall.

No, instead let's innovate. Have lets say 25 workers set up crude catapalt(s) and trow boulders at the xeno patrols around. Then while the humans respond the workers will run away into the tunnels around the Xeno fortress PLUS when the humans come to look they'll be greeted by a 50 warriors who will jump them. Do this at least 3 times to REALLY put the fear of our EMPIRE into those Xenos!

If the above is pulled off right we can make away with corpses for further study and equipment. If they don't attack us at ALL we can start trowing boulders at there buildings that are not inside the fortress.
thoughts?

The one were expanding near there fortress could be an option (SUPER dangerous because if captured they would know all the cards in our hands.)

Well not that close though like half day walk from the fortress compare to the 3 day we currently have

Also can we make a baneling type alien that is like suicide bomber instead?
