Orcs won't farm trees or use Free Lancers guild?

So my orcs won't farm steeloak and ironbark. I have over 100 saplings for each but they won't plant them. I'm also not getting any logs, and I do have a goblin sawmill setup. Also my orcs wont trade or buy anyhting from the free lancers guild, so i cant really get any shillings? Any fixes?

Saplings are trees. You need seeds/acorns to plant. Saplings are cut ibto logs and drop seeds at a sawmill.
