Timesword: Cuts whatever will be where it is 10 seconds in the future.
This is gonna be very prone  to weird time related paradoxes, isn't it?
I'm not actually sure about that. It cuts in the future.
Yes, but it also changes the future by doing so, meaning that the now-cut object will probably not be there.

Bonechain: A chain that passes through soft organic tissues, but treats bones as solid.

Hole Crowbar: Can be used to remove holes from anything and return them to their deployable form.

Boomerang Axe: Returns to the user after being thrown.

Wand of Fletching: Turns the target into feathers with the magical properties they had before being feathers. The feathers are perfect for fletching arrows.

Butter Knife: A butter knife made of rock-hard butter. Cuts through everything but butter as if it were melty butter.

Hand and a Half Sword: This blade will unerringly strike half a hand away from someone hand.  It will never actually strike someone's hand.

Monocle of Opacity Inversion: A monocle that, when worn, makes all transparent solids and liquids appear opaque, and makes all opaque materials appear transparent.  Gases are partially affected, but remain semi-transparent if they are thin enough due to light passing between molecules.

Also:

Banalbane: A spear that deals more damage the more bland, ordinary, or boring the target is.

Kwdr Areujubf Aqies: A sword that always strikes a little to the left of where the attacker intends.

The bag of farts: Looks like an ordinary bag but it can only contain farts, items that aren't farts will not stay inside and be expelled by a gust of fart wind.

The bag of tarts: An ordinary looking bag. The inside is non-euclidean and contains an infinite supply of pastries. The bag somehow always weighs 3.33 lbs despite the never-ending supply of pastries inside.

Scroll-up: A scroll with tiny bumps trailing through the middle. If someone flicks a finger upwards along them, the scroll makes a soft swoosh sound, but otherwise doesn't do anything.

Philosopher's Stone: Transmutes lead into gold on contact. Does not work on liquids, or through a one-atom-thick layer of gold.

If it has cute cuddly features, it's probably safe to eat, so do not reason with it either.

Bag of Smarts: A bag full of the Plane of Ghostly Geniuses.

Honing Missile: An arrow. When it hits something, every weapon within 20 feet of the arrow is sharpened to an absurd degree.

Poet's Pen: A magical pen. Can transform anything its point stabs into something that rhymes with it. (example: stab a sword, turn it into a board, stab lightning, turn it into nothing)

Utterly Fabulous Dress: A garish orange dress. Everyone who looks at it other than the wearer thinks it is the most fabulous dress ever to exist.

Plot Coupon: A strange orange token. Can be redeemed by throwing it in the Well of Plot to receive a hint of where to go next in order to accomplish the user's objective.

Liquid Luck: A flask of green liquid made from twenty-leaf clovers. Bestows either incredibly good luck or incredibly bad luck on the drinker.

Maybe the pen will run out of power quick if it's used on weak rhymes. I dunno.

Bag of Songs: A (not bigger on the inside) bag full of small colored crystals, that when broken, all play varying kinds of music.

Powder of Life: A golden packet of drink mix. When mixed with milk, makes a milkshake that undoes ten years worth of aging.

Powder of Strife: A red packet of drink mix. When mixed with milk, makes a milkshake that brainwashes the drinker into hating their closest friends, to the point of wanting to kill them.

Powder of Mice: A grey packet of drink mix. When mixed with milk, makes a milkshake that causes the drinker to temporarily gain mouse features in proportion to how much shake they drunk.

Powder of Knife: A silver packet of drink mix. When mixed with milk, makes a milkshake that causes the drinker's fingers to temporarily be as sharp as knives.

Golden Lute: A very valuable lute, made of pure gold. Very heavy, very coveted.

Bag of Traps: A (not bigger on the inside) bag full of small round balls that transform into a variety of traps when thrown.

Bag of Tricks: A (not bigger on the inside) bag full of magical joke products.
