Samus' Spinning Ball - Upon use, it launches the user into the air and throws the users arms and legs inward, breaking bones and tearing muscles if necessary.

Sword of Rogue: Turns anything it hits into something different and inexplicable.
Gloves of Rogue: Turns any item the wearer picks up into something completely different and unexpected.
Boots of Rogue: When worn, the wearer alway ends up somewhere that doesn't really make geographical sense given their route.

Wand of Summon Banana Bunch

Summons a bunch of ripe bananas from somewhere. May come with banana spiders, monkeys, boats, anything else which could feasibly be moved and still connected to the bananas up to 65000t in weight.

Rod of unimaginative spellcasting.

After you cast a spell you instantly learn 10 copies of it with slightly lowered stats and different names.

I'd wear that entire set only because of the sheer randomness that would ensue. Plus you'd get an unique experience every time you die.

It would be incredibly difficult to use the gloves and sword at the same time.

Just pick up the sword first, equip it then do the same with the gloves.

Oh, and I realized that you can exploit the gloves by picking up and dropping an item until it gets turned into something useful/rare... Or a monster.

But how would you put on the second glove?

Ring of good luck

When in a dangerous or stressful situation this ring tells you "good luck".
Now that is a good item. I award you the "Gee, Thanks, that was silly and useless" badge. Void where prohibited.

I am prohibited in many places...

And now a useful item!

In the vein of the universal solvent we have:

Universal Doorstop

This wedge of rubber will hold open or closed any door or anything that can be perceived or conceived of as a doorway, depending on if it is currently open or closed.  This does not reinforce the door in any way and it can still be destroyed in whatever way is normal for the door.

Oz's Ring

This ring makes all the loot you find while wearing it legendary artifacts! Cursed to not do exactly what they're supposed to do.
Oh, you .... you ... grrr ...

I like it.

The ring's not even cursed, you can take it off if you want. It's just useless. ;p

I tend to lean more towards the silly side of things as opposed to useless.

Flagellant's Whip: A regular whip that, when used against the wielder or an ally of the wielder, buffs the accuracy and AC of the wielder and all nearby allies.
Performer's Slippers: Slippers that grant the user amazing dancing and instrumental skills when worn. They depict a pair of pink rabbits.
Banana Bunch of Wand Summoning: Can be used to summon a random wand. Wand's effects are random, and can range from summoning eldritch horrors to flinging crocodile ghosts.
Pendant of the Inebriated: Causes the wearer's emotions to fluctuate wildly. +2 bonus to intimidation checks. Side effects include shamelessness, inability to ride a horse, dizziness, difficulty walking in a straight line, slurred speech, and occasional vomiting. Should not be worn during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.
Flask of the Inebriated: An enchanted flask has the magical property of turning water into cheap ale.
Crown of the Inebriated: An accursed crown that, when worn, allows the user to control the minds of all sentient creatures in a 200 foot radius that have more than 0.1 BAC. User must also have more than 0.1 BAC for crown to work.
Ring of Obscurity: The wearer develops an appreciation for indie music, films, and games that are of decent caliber but are underappreciated.
Daemon's Eye: A really cool treasure obtained from killing a hellish archfiend. It doesn't do much at all, though.
