Helm of disturbing daydreams. Wear this, and ponder dancing pickles which eat spiders and smell of pine nuts.
The Heavy Steel Bar of Unencumbrance. Reduces encumbrance by a few pounds. Is quite heavy.
The Klein Bottle . Whatever is poured into it finds itself on the outside. Can potentially trap objects that are outside of it within it's infinite interior.
Bra of innapropriate unbinding. The knot comes undone at the most awkward of times. Remains securely fastened when the wearer desires to have it off.

The Holey Grail: This item is a golden cup. Any drink from it completely restores the user's power and grants immorality. However, it is full of holes and cannot be drunken from. Patching the holes turns out into a normal cup.

Let's spice this one up a bit.

Wand of Shrubbery Upon use a shrubbery is planted at a designated location within visage of the user. The shrubbery is hedged so well that even The Knights Who Say "Ni!" would be delighted by it. (single use)

The Emperor's New Clothes A full set of clothes that reform themselves as new, and in the form of local royal garb, each day. The garments are invisible and cause the wearer to appear naked.

Cart of Goat Teeth A small metal cart which consumes plant matter beneath it and throws the shredded remains out into the surrounding air.

No-Girls-Allowed Club A wooden club with a magic barrier preventing all but male children from coming within 20 feet. It can only be picked up by someone knowing "the password", which is a phrase too simple for all but the childish of minds to remember.

Orb of Nothing A perfectly spherical orb weighing 1 oz, which does not exist.

Tome of ESL A leather bound book. Teaches the user to speak, understand, read, and write English (a language neither read nor spoken on any known plane). It is written in English.

(Given the above, I couldn't resist this last one)

Comprehensive Rulebook A tome giving the user awareness of higher beings and insight into the fundamental structure of the universe. It is written in English.

Philosopher's Stone: A stone which allows the transmutation of lead into gold. By forcing the user to contemplate the universe and whatnot until they develop a philosophy in which they can consider lead to be gold. Which tends to be solipsism.

Wand of Poking A wand that when the user attempts to cast a spell, creates the sensation of being poked in the area of the body the wand is pointed at.

Cape of Manliness A red cape that when worn, forces the wearer to don strangely-shaped shades, shout at people demanding them to tell them who they think they are and spout vaguely-sensical speeches about manhood. And wander around with no shirt.

Ring of distraction. Whenever the wearer - oh, hey! A ring!

Girdle of Farting. Produces a random fart effect (sound, smell, a puff of air comically blowing the wearer's coattails upward ...) anytime the wearer does an action requiring concentration.

The Ancient Hag of Folk Wisdom. When summoned, provides a random selection of folk wisdom in the form of an anecdote, parable, fable, proverb, pithy saying, story (rambling), scolding, or nattering. May also smile toothlessly.
