Sticky items:

Weapons are sticky - not as in "They're covered in pre-chewed gum" sticky, so much as they simply tend to inexplicably stick to things without coming off. People can wear the weapons on their backs or hip without any kind of strap to hold it in place, and they won't be disarmed at all, but the weapons tend to stick in the wounds they inflict and won't come out easily.

Sticky weapons are also quite difficult to throw or shoot (sticky arrows, for instance), but they tend to stick in the wounds they create and, as stated before, won't come out easily.

Blindfold of Clarity: For one, it's transparent. Looks kinda glassy.
If you put it on, you (and everything else you're wearing/holding) become transparent, too. It's close to invisibility. Not quite as good. You basically look like a glass sculpture.

Infinity +Infinity sword: The best sword in existence, but the odds of witnessing it are even lower than getting every other sword in the universe and even multiverse.

It has a failsafe so that if there's a better sword or easier to get sword of equal deadliness, the ∞+∞ sword will magically become stronger and harder to get.

...the ∞+∞ sword will magically become stronger and harder to get.
But what happens if someone somehow happens to have it? What, do they lose it?

Worse, what if you create a second one?

The Chalice of Absolute Incandescence: A Chalice which glows blindingly bright - literally and figuratively. In fact, it glows bright enough to burn those unfortunate enough to be close to it. It only gets brighter by activating it - by drinking from it.
When activated, the Chalice of Absolute Incandescence glows absolutely bright - so bright that it causes a Kugelblitz - a Black Hole formed from Light.

Death Stick: An oddly smooth stick, with an endlessly smoldering tip.
Anyone unlucky enough to be struck with the smoldering tip will die. Anyone attempting to identify the cause of death will find symptoms of excessive smoke inhalation and burnt lung tissue.

Lycanthropic Potion: A browned bottle, with a glowing gold fluid within. The bottle can't be uncorked, nor shattered, by seemingly any means.
In truth, the potion within the bottle is Lycanthropic - during nights of the full moon, the liquid becomes a Werewolf. It's such a small and weak one that it can't escape it's bottle before the night ends and it reverts back into a potion again, though.
