Anti-Dynamic Entry Window: Manufactured by a particularly genre savvy evil overlord, anybody who crashes through this window will be hit by a Baleful Polymorph spell turning them into a sheep. bunch of incredibly sharp shards of Evil Actually Realistic Plate Glass, which is guaranteed to actually cut to shreds anything that decides to crash through the window instead of using the door like a CIVILIZED archenemy.

Wow if you line up a dozen of those you might be able to knock over an ant!

Actually, the amplified neutrinos are also amplified trillionfold, so it might be kinda useful if you get a dozen. Not really worth it, unless you make a tube with like a hundred. Then you get a death ray.

Neutrinos do not interact with much of anything. Increasing their "power", in the physical sense, um....How are you going to increase the power of a neutrino a trillionfold if it's not actually doing any work at all? (Power is Work divided by Time)

Yes, they will rarely interact with matter, but if they do interact, it'll be deadly. Probably not worth pointing your "death ray" at your target for 20 years.

But it's not going to do anything, that was the entire point of my post. The amplifier will do NOTHING, at all, and thus no neutrino-based death-ray murdering will occur.

I mean, it didn't specify the physical quantity power. I read it more in terms of "vague effectiveness" as power usually means in these kind of RPG item descriptions. In which case, neutrinos do have a certain vague effectiveness, to wit, to very very rarely interact with other particles. Therefore, we can assume they would, passing through this glass, interact a trillion times as often.

Considering that they are implicated in beta decay (and some other forms of atomic decay) rates, increasing the frequency of their interaction by a few magnitudes could turn your "harmless" neutrino beam into a "OMG! My SKIN!" beam, as it causes the carbon 14 that naturally occurs in living things to spontaneously decay into Nitrogen. (Of course, by inreasing rate of interaction it wont pass through you so readily, so it will mostly just burn your skin off.)
