Yes, that's right. Another RTD. What the hell were you expecting. Even with 2, I still have too much time during the day, so I'm starting another one.
Rules:
1. This is not minimalist. You may only do that which is within the limits of your skills, ability, or things that an ordinary person should be able to do without much, if any training.
2. My word is final. I will try to be fair, though.
3. This is semi-serious. Try not to do ridiculous things during combat.
4. There is no revives. If you're gone, you're gone.
Combat
Speed determines who goes when during combat. While attacking, I will first roll a die to determine whether or not it hits and then roll for damage. Damage is more similar to traditional RPGs, in that attacks will do damage in the vein of 3-10, 1-3 and so on. The higher the minimum and maximum damage, the less of a chance of it hitting. AP negates damage equal to it. Therefore, 3 AP can negate 3 damage. The rest is dealt to the player.

Goal: Exact revenge for the desecration of his dojo at the hands of a large boxing dog
Bio: Wang Fou is an honorable kirby who has spent his life training at the MegaTonPunch Dojo. One day, after retrieving supplies at a nearby village, Wang returns to his dojo only to find all of his fellow students and masters slaughtered at the hands of boxers. After a massive battle, Wang is barely left alive in order to spread the message of the boxers. Ever since, he has trained and travel to avenge his fallen comerades

Bio: Like his father, and his father before him, Jyak was always most comfortable in the mines. Two days before he was going to finally be allowed into the lower levels, his father mysteriously died, and the company shut the mine down for good... They claimed his father died in a mining accident, but Jyak Hamuhr Jr. was always concerned with safety! Surely he couldn't have died from that! So now, Jyak wanders this world, searching for answers.

Goal: Feel the potential, the capacity for violence! She wants to fight the best, and be see nas the best. Blood and glory for her, and damn those she'll crush beneath her.
Bio: A young orphan, she grew up feral in the streets. Rejected from the dojo for her bestial nature and lack of control, she taught herself to fight, relying on her natural speed to overwhelm foes.
Appearance: A crimson kirby, red as fresh blood. Arms and legs covered in scars.

Age: Somewhere between 10-60, (hard to tell with fairies) physically appears around 12.

Ability/Gadget: Other then the standard ability to hover in place that most fairies possess (wings help with that), Sugar has the ability to launch bullets of energy at an appreciatively rapid rate. Capable of destroying star blocks from a distance and acting as a light source, but don't expect it to do much more then stun or possibly blind enemies. Needs to roll 1-4 to hit. Deals 1-2 damage, 30% chance of blindness, 20% chance of stunning. Can shoot up to twice per turn. Ranged.
Goal: Having somehow stranded herself on Popstar after events of which she cannot really remember, Sugar is desperately trying to find a way back to her idyllic home-world after her initial perceptions of Popstar (that it was a safe, relatively harmless world where cute little critters roamed) proved very, very incorrect. Nevertheless, she prefers befriending to attempting to fight, and likes attempting to befriend anything that isn't trying to consume her.
Bio: Hailing from the lovely heart-shaped world of Ripple Star, Sugar is an utterly unremarkable example of her kind, living in relative bliss as some sort of artist and candy gather, as that sort of thing seems to grow naturally on the surface of the sugarbowl planet. Fae aren't known for having great attention spans, and one day, something caught her eye, causing the fairy to wander away from her daily routine and eventually land on the surface of the yellow-pointed planet. Will she make it home, or will the perilous natives sacrifice her as part of their macabre rituals?
Appearance: Has medium-length dark pink hair with two drill-shaped curls fashioned from the sides, large medium blue eyes, a red blouse/vest combination and skirt with pink frills, two socks with white and pink stripes, and large white butterfly-like wings with pink trim.

Level 2: Takes 2 turns to charge up, 2-3 damage, 3-6 To hit.
Level 3: Takes another 3 turns to charge up, 3-4 damage, 4-6 to hit
Level 4: Takes 4 turns to charge, 4-6 damage, 5-6 to hit, creates a coating of energy which halves all damage received.
Goal: To be seen as a hero.
Bio: Ion traveled around for most of his life. He wanted to help others, but his rather destructive ability led him to be shunned. No matter how he tried to help, he usually messedreates things up. Whether he was trying to fix a leaking pipe and accidentally turning it to slag or trying to get a cat out of a tree and accidentally destroying the tree and cat, he never got any praise. He joined the Star Warriors in the hopes that he could put his ability to better use.
Appearance: His skin is a light greenish blue, and he wears a circlet with a green gem inside it. Other than that, he looks like a normal kirby.
