182: playing on a modded race that got a high body temp..but forget to put in a few tags/settings in the raws that would make it so you don't melt from your own heat.

185- Being an outsider and trying to fight a cat, that results your private parts get chopped off and you bleed to death.
186- Zombie Kiwi
187- Get cursed by a mummy, that makes a crazy dwarf jump out of nowhere and chop your head off.
188- Think that you're safe with your full iron armor only to be eaten by boogeymen at night because you can't run.

190. Proudly walk to attack a titan after dealing with multiple megabeasts. Kill one titan. Just barely, kill a second titan. Go against a third which breathes fire and while trying to throw all your burning items at it, forget that for some reason you picked up a wooden cage, which burns long enough to kill you.

191. "Oh, I can clear a bandit camp!" "ARCHERS EVERYWHERE!"
192. "Oh, I can clear a bandit camp!" Kill all enemies then find out that the 'master' you were tasked to kill is a legendary crossbowman.

193. Encounter penguins while trying to cross ocean who land a lucky hit and KO you.
