238. Thinking you can outrun the mummy.
239. Forgetting to leave your bag of severed heads outside the tomb entrance.

Every damn time, but at least your shield bashing gets more effective as time goes on.
245. Beginning your adventure right above a single tile wide hole leading to the bottom of the world, and exploding into a red mist before getting to see what's down there. (Last time I ever play as a tigerman, I think furries are cursed in this game.)
