   In other news my recording of the Ender Dragon fight has finished uploading. We all had a lot of fun in the fight and most of us where on team speak for it. Hopefully next time we do something like this we can get even more people involved.

   In other news my recording of the Ender Dragon fight has finished uploading.

Suggestions for next time:
 * Have everyone introduce themselves at the beginning of the video so viewers can associate names with characters.
 * Start recording before we go, not before we start gearing up. Nobody wants to watch 20 minutes of standing in a room trying to get people into teamspeak.
 * Do something about the feedback. The echo effect is really bad. There are two speakers I can barely make out, and it wasn't like that on my end.
 * Might also want to do some gamma correction. It's difficult to see the dragon in a lot of the video.

   I should have edited it better. As for the people talking I have yet to find a good way to record multiple programs separately that doesn't affect my computer a little too much. Maybe next time we do something like this I will have found a solution (and if you have one feel free to suggest it) but without everyone just recording their own voices and sending me the sound files it is quite hard to do balancing. Oh and sorry about killing you, I felt a last minute need to defend my kin.

Meanwhile, on the Magecraft server...

Thanks to Azumet/mocman and his Arcane Bore, I now have a good supply of gold and lapiz and redstone. If you need it back, it's down the stairs from my base at level 12 on the left (should be west, I believe).

And we're nearing completion of Thaumcraft research. I believe there's two wand types left and a few of the weird enchantment dealies, and then we'll be able to craft everything.

Also, I've started on Witchery, and I should be able to use rituals pretty soon, just need to gather birch saplings for Breath of the Goddess so I can make Tears of the Goddess, and otherwise I have everything else I need to make ritual chalk. I'll probably want to devise some sort of circle template area and make the altar area more plantiful, but, yeah.

I also started on Witchery this week-end, and I just need a skull to upgrade my altar. I want to infuse myself next, or maybe go for a flying broom. :3
I don't have a lot of birch saplings, but I'm using the upgraded mana pool from Botania to transmute oak saplings into the other types. I also set up farms for every Witchery plants (especially for the different trees, and the spanish and ember mosses) around my base in the Twilight Forest, so feel free to come harvest what you need and/or to use my mana pool to transmute saplings.

Cute. If I'd known you were recording I would have made the trip. I propose we keep it. And yes, DiamondKitty = LordBucket.

So what was I doing that kept me away from the water slide? I was building a road. I know, exciting, right? But then the intended path of the road came out over the gold farm. Which made for an unexpectedly good screenshot:

I just put some leftover used diamond picks in the tools chest at the blaze farm. Hopefully somebody has some use for them. Note that the fortune picks are in need of repair.

   Okay the ender ender is basically to the point where if I have the supplies I could finish it tomorrow. There was two and some change stacks of slimeballs and LB has some from what I understand but that will probably be the limiting factor. As it is the first spawn floor is complete so you can go and get ender pearls from it though it isn't safe so I wouldn't go there with anything you don't want to lose. Anyway lets do some math. Each level requires 34 sticky pistons, 18 redstone, 16 repeaters, 34 pressure plates, and a bunch of blocks. A decent starting number of levels is between 7 and 10 from what I have seen and of course you can have more. This means for a decent xp farm I will probably have enough slime balls depending. My personal supply of redstone and iron is probably enough and I am sure others have enough if I don't. Basically tomorrow night we should have a working xp farm barring something keeping me from the computer.

In testing out the new Ender Ender, I've created several enchanted iron picks that weren't quite what I was looking for, but still have good stuff. I've left them in the blaze farm chests. Between them they've got all the pick enchants.

I think the ender ender would benefit another couple levels. It starts out ok, but by level 22 or so I'm either back to waiting or chasing down individual endermen. I'm willing to donate the sticky pistons.

I get a constant stream by standing at one end and staring forward so they charge. Though maybe it's down to differences in connection speed?
