Right, because if you're not on the whitelist, the IP is useless.  To get on the whitelist, one fills out the form.  This ain't rocket science.  If the IP was present in the OP, someone would try to not fill out the form, beat their head against the whitelist hopelessly, and effectively DDoS the server.

To reiterate... the OP is short, to the point, and in plain English.  There's no room to tl;dr, or to plead ESL confusion.  The instructions are clear.  Fill out the form, full stop.  The next step?

To be fair, I was also somewhat confused by the OP. It wasn't unclear, exactly, but it doesn't actually say that you'll receive a PM. I initially thought that I had missed something.
