Turning on your Shadow sense, a blinding white light floods every inch of your senses in a horrible burning whiteness. blurring and distorting what little you see in this hellscape.
Richard shineshapes a small hand drill, confused for a moment, before he realizes it's purpose, and drills a hole in the door, spying inside.

"What --- -e -o--- t- do -ith--- -u- c-p----?"

"Whatever we want."

Richard hears some voices.

To your endless annoyance, it is daytime now.

> Create crystals and/or shadow stuff to silently jam and seal the door.
> Fly around the room to make sure it's reasonably airtight
> Take one of the crystal phials, add some water and a drop of alchahest and more poison nodes from the soapstone until it's enough to kill everyone in the room.
> Add fire nodes to make it burn and vaporize the poison into the air.
> Add put a Glorious Blast on hold inside, that'll destabilize when it breaks.
> Punch a hole in the roof
> Throw down the poison grenade and then seal it up with shine shape or shadow mancy so that gass dosn't escape

Crafting your concoctions in one of the phials, you toss it inside, sealing the holes with shadows as it enters the room.

An explosions resounds inside the room. and then it all goes silent.

Kirek has leveled up!

D-Did we just murder some semi-random people? Like, seriously, thus far we've mostly abstained from that. We've diplomanced or air hugged or recruited most every hostile humanish person we've run across. And now we take off the kid gloves and commence magichemical warfare.

I APPROVE OF THIS DEVELOPMENT.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Actual suggestion:

Shine shape/Shadowmance gas masks for everyone.
Have Richard blast the door down.
Loot room, making sure that poisonous residue is cleaned off of anything we want to take out of the room.

Increase wing size.

If that's not allowed,

Stinger on the end of the tail.

If THAAAAAT isn't allowed...

I dunno. Does it have to be physical?

While Kirek compensates his wing size to ludicrous proportions Richard uses a High powered shine-shape. he gets a bubble, two hasmat suits, a gas mask, a tarp, and 5 beds hooked up with some strange machinery, for several turns.

Kirek now has bloody massive wings, and begins to mist out in the direct light.

Richard is now completely exhausted.

Who gets what?

Kirek wear the mask, Richard and Quidives wear hazmat suits, Evimeria use the bubble like a hamsterball. The skeletons shouldn't be affected by poison (hopefully).

After this is done, everyone bust down the doors and charge in recklessly. If anyone gets in the way, Kirek should use his massive wings to hold out the tarp and wrap them up in it.

(darn, missed the opportunity to decide shadow upgrade. Oh well, it ended up with a decent one anyway. For next time, I do think we should go with something that fits our alchemy based combat style (specialized thrower arm? Gun-like shard/bottle/grenade launcher mechanism for arm mode? Internal stomach-of-holding inventory or even lab?) and incorporate some external nodes and such in the process.)

And on a hunch...
> Richard and Evimera: Put the gassed pirates on the beds.

Sounds good.
I'm wondering if we can use them to increase our density, though.

Richard looks at Kirek with something akin to disgust as he waggles his wings and his eyebrows at Richard.

Piling the pirates onto the beds a magic field begins to cover them. Quidives fiddles with the divine machinery with an expert hand.

Flying in, you look at the awesome throne, tempted to sit on it. you hover just above the ground.

What now?

So very, very tempting, Oh wait, that's right, everything is covered in unreasonably powerful poison.

You fly out of there before you touch something and immediately die.

Richard Drags the throne outside, it appears to be the only thing of value in the room.

The pirates have little on them but their clothing and several bottles of vodka

The pirates look less likely to die, but Quidives approaches you.

"This machinery is your basic divine machination,  and it has two options, heal, and survive, one makes them healthy, and the other turns them all into holy undead. Here is the problem, it only has enough power to fully heal one of them. What should we do? they will most definitely die in just a few short minutes if we don't do something.

What now?
