Hmm... 15 liters an hour... 730 hours a month... That's almost 11 000 liters! Noice. Other than experimentation, what should we use the light for?

Kirek: attempt to make the Bandana of Holding into a Bandana of Holding Via Dissolution/Reconstitution using the dissolving nodes from the alcahest and repairing nodes from the healant.

Swimming pool? irrigating crops to see what happens? put transparent pipes along the streets and use it to light them up?

You smear a teeny bit of gelly on the inside of a new bottle (-10 Gold) And has Black dragon breath some negative breath into it. Upon observation it is a swrling maelstrom of fire nodes, negaive nodes, strengthening nodes and mineral nodes.

You empty it and both You and richard spawn a simple rod with Your respective magics, Yours is composed completely of shadow nodes, while Richards is a blend of light, godly energy, and anouther one of those tags.

Your diplomancy can't be observed, as it is a means of manipulation points while not being comprised of visible ones itself.

Richard leaves to find interesting caves.

Quidives responds to your idea with a simple explination

"well, it might do that, but it is much more likely that it will explode, the liquid light condenses at a different rate than glass, and these imperfections might be too much for a prince Rupert drop's structural integrity. Might be worth a shot, but like i said, it would likely explode."

You are forced to leave the room as the liquid light starts to spill on the floor faster than it can evaporate. you ain't touching that no sir.

You plop the gelly in his new home.

What now?

> Exploding is rather the point, the question is if we can delay it until we throw it at something. Also, we're using only nodes we can mass produce, so we can do severl tries for each successful one. We might also mix in some strengthening nodes.

> Speaking of that, try to separate and stabilize the strengthening nodes from the breath!

> Maybe make a potion from strengthening nodes, plenty of shadow nodes, strengthening nodes, and a pinch of repairing nodes, for Kirek to drink? Hopefully it'll do *something* positive with shadow density.

> Try smashing some glass (or maybe a glass-like crystal), taking the longest and most dagger-like shard, then infusing it with tons of reinforcing nodes, Control nodes, Levitation nodes.

> What nodes are in the liquid light itself (presumably light ones, but how viable a production method is it?). What nodes are in those tiny bits of gelly that grow back withote any long term harm? Hell, what nodes are in our blood, bits of shadow trailing of kirek, or a scale from the dragon?

> What nodes are in the default Small Wand we bought? Does it do anything as is or does it have some way we can tie nodes into it for custom wandery?

> Attuned gemstone, same question. Also, is the potion bottles magical in any way different from generic glass bottles for milk and stuff?

> What exactly *is* the potion ration?

> Can or can we not get infinite free life and nature nodes from random weeds and vermin that happen to be around? Like, the grass right outside the door?

> What's the Totem wand? learn more about it? Maybe buy it if it seems useful/relevant.

> Consider getting more through info on magical metals and alloys. Whats the difference between admantine and admantite? What does those, and mithril, do? Do alloys like electrum have special properties?

> Also consider buying a book that will help us gather nodes from wild plants and animals and such if one exists, maybe also getting them more efficiently from loot.

> Hey wait a minute, we never got a node inventory on the stuff in the Burgundy Satchel!

Going on hiatus for a day or two, and then i will just be skipping to the end of the timeskip, i love ya guys, but i went so in over my head on that science that I fell out of the world and lost all the bedrock I mined.

>Potion rations are powdered mana potions, designed to be a magical analogue to normal rations, which help your health recover quicker.

>Magic wands are made from a special wood that holds nodes very well, Attuned gemstones are the same, but better and smaller, and totem wands are a log of the same wood used to make the normal wands.

>Potion bottle are normal glass bottles heated with hellfire to make them immune to chemical reactions.

>Nodes from weeds and vermin can be obtained, but would be worth about as much as the weeds and vermin.

>Kirek has no actual blood, as he is actually made from pure shadows, his nodes are generally just slightly modified shadow nodes, The light only has stabilizing nodes, which disappear when it evaporates, returning it to it's normal light state. Looking from here, the Dragon's scale holds a mish mash of different nodes, Light, Dark, Earth, Evil, Good, He really needs a more stable diet.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooo!!! D:

This science part has been the most fun I've had on these entire forums in like a year, by far. It's by far my favorite part of this so far, and have had me looking forward to the next update like I haven't for a game like this in ages. Is there ANYTHING I can do to make you reconsider or help out? Is this my fault for asking to many questions?!?

Don't worry mang, I love science as much as a you do, but now I realize why people don't write several updates of nothing but it, it is hard as hell, But i will write it nonetheless, It will just be a bit less... Exposition Redeemed, and a bit more Trial and error with some bonuses thrown in, for example, Kirek is going to wake up after a minor stroke to find out he he'd been thinking too hard, he will have another flashback, and awaken to see that the party bought him a get well gift of "Magical metallurgy and you". then players will (Hopefully) inevitably try to create the hardest thing in there, which will have hilarious results depending on the roll. then Quidives will go on to explain why that went wonderfully wrong. Laughs will be had, adventure will be begun, and the Black dragon, (Who will be named soon) will complain about the whole thing. There will still be tons of science to do.

"So he's dead."

"don't joke like that Evimeria, look he's waking up!

Hey there sleeping beauty, sorry to ruin your nap, but you passed out for a whole two months. and now we have to go."

"Y-yeah, sorry about that."

The group goes to Evimeria's newly completed casino where she makes apparent the giant pile of loot in the back room

"I put everything unnecessary in storage here, if you think we will NEED something, you better grab it now, cause we ain't seeing it for a while, Our good friends the skeleton bro's will be working here and with these however, so they are still being put to good use."

2 or 3 people who were willing to bring their own cards are in the lobby, playing friendly games with themselves over small amounts of gold.

What will you take?

I find it unacceptable that Evimeria wasn't wearing the bracer these past two months. Kirk: Wear the bracer.
Grabe the lightstone, crystal ball, totem, bookcase, all the spell books, punch card, runic paper and ink, healant, wand of pew pew and dock, and the gamblers set.

The bookcase is overkill. The gamblers set is fine.

Okay, maybe the god power, but not the bookcase.
Can't we sell some stuff, then go shopping?
