Civ doesn't appear in game

Can anyone help me out? I'm trying to get into modding and have created my creature file and my entity file for my civilization, but they still don't appear when I make a new game.

you might want to try setting the world to have more civs.

If those are the entire files, you're missing the file name on top and [OBJECT:OBJECT_TYPE] a line or two below that ([OBJECT:CREATURE] for the creature file and [OBJECT:ENTITY] for the entity file).

That's it! Thank you! Now to start modding in earnest.

Also are there any other problems with those raws? I'd like to release a race pack some day, but don't have many ways to know how good my raws are.
