Which 0-level are good spells, then?

Prestidigitation.
Edit: Oh, you probably meant Good. In that case, none of the standard Cleric list, but he has the Good domain, so Protection from Evil.

Wait. I can do 3 first level spells a day. How many do I know?

Sensei earlier  said wizards start with 3 - none extra for INT? Also I realised I didn't need to buy a spellbook. Any idea what I could retrospectively spend 15gp on?

Wizards can scribe scrolls. How does this work? Do I need ink other than basic ink to scribe magic onto scroll or book?

There's a table for extra spells early on in the phb, I think in the attribute section.

Ah. I thought that was for spells cast per day.

Any that are in your book- standard for starting at first level is all cantrips and 3 first level.

Sensei earlier  said wizards start with 3 - none extra for INT?
Going by the Player Handbook, Wizards get their Int Bonus in additional starting spells, so 3 flat might have been either an oversight or an intentional DM alteration.

Also I realised I didn't need to buy a spellbook. Any idea what I could retrospectively spend 15gp on?
Rope? Waterskin(s)? Food? Sacks? Chalk? Non-spellbook paper? A cover for the spellbook? More ammunition? A quarterstaff?
Also, you may want to grab a sling or two. They're free, and can be very handy; anything from letting off a few rocks in a pinch, makeshift bandages, muffling metal (I like using them as bell clappers, myself) or more.

Wizards can scribe scrolls. How does this work? Do I need ink other than basic ink to scribe magic onto scroll or book?
"You can create a scroll of any spell that you know. Scribing a scroll takes one day for each 1,000 gp in its base price. The base price of a scroll is its spell level × its caster level × 25 gp. To scribe a scroll, you must spend 1/25 of this base price in XP and use up raw materials costing one-half of this base price. Any scroll that stores a spell with a costly material component or an XP cost also carries a commensurate cost. In addition to the costs derived from the base price, you must expend the material component or pay the XP when scribing the scroll."

Ah. I thought that was for spells cast per day.
It is.

Now now, you should have looked at the tables I linked you. ;)
You're a 1st level Wizard with 15 intelligence. After all of the modifiers, you know 3 1st-level spells, and can cast 3 1st-level spells per day. You also know every cantrip (0-level) and can cast three cantrips per day.

You can see it on your character sheet, you have 1 1st-level spell per day and two bonus 1st-level spells per day. Knowing 3 1st-level spells is just how you start off as a wizard.

I did, I did! I just also re-read the srd on wizards and then was less sure than before.

I have a really crummy character.

You will fit in well then. As long as you are under 4 feet?

You could switch to a orc barbarian/fighter and be actually reasonably not terrible, if very very clumsy. Kord is the god of fighters after all, and a cleric with no spells is basically already a really terrible fighter...

You could use wands to cast spells. Although that would probably be pretty expensive. Eventually if the game goes on for a really long time you probably can eventually find items to help your attribute score enough to cast spells.

Also the zeroth level spell that heals one hp isn't so bad, not for the actual healing, but it can at least be used to prevent someone from bleeding to death in the middle of combat.
