We trained for several long grueling hours and walked out with each new guy level 15... Except Karrie who needed a break from taking everyones xp (OOC note: Its hard to train two guys when rattatas are tearing your team a new one with quick attack). We went back into Cerulean city and headed north where a familiar sound of a thousand people saying "f*** off!" sounded.

Blue: Yo, Red! You still lagging behind? I already caught a bunch of strong and smart pokemon! Lets see your crappy team!

Red: Piss off Blue, if you're going to get in my way, you're going to have to deal with my team


Rival Blue wants to fight!

Blue: Go Pidgeotto!

Red: Go Jorma- KARRIE!?

Karrie: Karp karp! (Wait, why am I still up front!?)

It took a minute or two to get Jor off of Squirtle, but Draco just smiled as the one who bullied him so long was getting what he deserved.

And then came the nugget bridge challenge...

We fought the trainers on nugget bridge, got the prize and defeated the Rocket grunt at the end. And then we go and take a look in the tall grass and found our next partner...

We battled through entire hordes of trainers. Jormagundr kept taking hits and training up Karrie who now stands at level 16. We finally made it to the little cottage that Blue said was Bill's house...

Red: Hello? Anyone ho- HOLY CRAP WHAT IS THAT!?

Jormagundr: Kans! (Oh dear god! I don't even want to eat that!)

Bill: Hi! I'm a pokemon! No I'm not, I'm Bill!

Red: *whispers* Please tell me I'm not drunk right now and seeing things...

Draco: char char! (Nope. You're not...)

Bill: Can you give me a hand and when I go back into that capsule, hit the switch?

Red: Uhhh... Sure...


Bill entered the capsule! Red hit the switch! *Blinking lights and bad sound effects* Bill stepped out of the teleporter!

Red: Save it for the gym guys. Draco, if things get hairy, as in all of them go too low in HP, you're on finishing duty. You get in, kill, get out, got it?

Misty: Hi! I'm Misty! I use an all out offensive water-type team!

Red: ...Am I the only one here who thinks she's hot?

After we got ourselves our second badge, we headed south with Karrie again and ran into another new ally...

Gonna be 100% honest, I trained 3 guys from below level 10 to level 15, some of them being so fragile, it took longer then it should have. I didn't want to train a fourth. Although I may eventually

And then we headed towards the third gym, where lightning danced amongst the electric trainers...

(OOC: I swear to god, I shat myself fighting that Dugtrio. I walked in expecting to catch a diglett and train it, but finding the dugtrio? And then catching it with a pokeball after the great ball failed? Epic... And yes, though it didn't happen in battle, I evolved Karrie and Spike on the ship, as well as Jor gaining his evolution on there too)

Since Duke is 10 levels higher, I'm gonna box him so the others can catch up. That means we have a spot open for someone to come in. I had jangles in the day care and he's level 17 now. I added a poll as to who we should train up to be our 6th member (because we all know Duke is going to be one of them). I'll update the OP in a minute to reflect the new levels, etc.
