Captain Obvious obviously had to rouse his men first because their prior performance was terrible. It did have its effect in a long run.

Just as Sir Brenzen's squire began defending Holy Duke, so did Nicholas the Unholy start defending Sir Eric.

Nicholas the Unholy quickly had to intercept one enemy - it was Sir Rainor. The momentum and the fighting spirit of Sir Rainor was high, but Nicholas had his shield and skills and was hell-bent on distracting the enemy form the Sir Eric. And he did! After several lengthy seconds, Sir Rainor was worn down, unable to get through the defenses of Nicholas the Unholy.

In the meanwhile, Ron attacked Nathaniel Strange. In a strange turn of events, Nathaniel managed to preemptively counter his enemy and stab him in the face. Just like that, Ron have perished, a gaping, bleeding hole in place of his left eye.

Sir Eric then tried to get to Holy Duke, but was swiftly intercepted by Sir Brenzen's squire. The heavily armored youth had little problem in deflecting, parrying and merely absorbing the blows with his mighty armor.

It was that moment, when Nathaniel Strange attacked Holy Duke. Strange things occured again and Holy Duke found himself staring down at the spear of smaller man poking him through his shoulder pad, striking his apparently inviolable flesh. He grunted in annoyance; it would take several more such attacks to kill him.

Seeing what happened, Sir Hansan V decided to protect Holy Duke. In the same moment, Tales of Lee Harvey Flophouse tried his chances against Nathaniel Strange. The entropy hiccuped and it was Tales of Lee Harvey Flophouse who got his cheek slashed by the tiny blade of Nathaniel.

Then, That Guy Over There attacked Holy Duke, only to be intercepted by Sir Hansan V. The two battled for a while, parrying each other's attacks, but it was clear that no one was going to win that one.
