Brief analysis: odds-wise, we're in a tight spot here. We're in a really tight spot, actually. More of a FUBAR than a tight spot, to be honest. They need to deal 10 damage to win, we need to deal 13 - that's not good, not good at all.

But I think we can win if we turtle up and target their archers first, then kill the guy with the battleaxe when he spawns. Due to the way shields work in this game, they won't be able to utilize our -1 to Hit to deal damage to us, and we really need that extra bit of survivability.
