You bring the Reaver to it's feet, metal grating on metal, warnings flash across the HUD.  Snarling in disgust, you dismiss them.  The muster ground is littered with piles of scrapped Reavers, fires gutter from the shattered buildings that used to be Section Twelve's headquarters. "Dispatch 3, this is 5-5, I am in bad condition, but I can still move.  What the hell is going on out there?"
The voice on the other end pauses, "...It's not good captain, so many dead, so much damage..." You hear muffled voices across the line, then he begins again "Captain, the Ocarai have completely obliterated our forces, they are currently purging the city of survivors.  You and your reaver are the only things left capable of protecting those civilians long enough for the rescue crews to evacuate them."
Checking the clock you see that only an hour has passed since the muster call.  You blink in disbelief, Labyrinthus had been on high alert, more than twenty thousand reavers had been stationed here.  Looking above, you see streaks of light flashing across the night sky, the battle in orbit must still be raging.  Half a million ships, over ninety percent of the human fleet, had been stationed in orbit.  Briefly you wonder how many have already been lost.  "What are my orders dispatch."
"...We need you to get to the west side of outer ring, there are about ten thousand people still trapped there.  Our intel indicates that there are only four Ocarai mechs in the city, and also that those four mechs are the only ones that entered the city, meaning..."
Meaning twenty thousand reavers had been crushed by only four hostiles.  "I need some kind of repairs, and probably some heavier weapons."
"There's nothing we can do about repairs captain, but the colonel gave me authorization to open the armory before she died, you can take whatever you need, her treat."

Mission: Protect civilians in western outer ring hab block, engage hostiles as needed.
Status: Badly injured, deeply disturbed.
Reaver: Damaged armor 41% remaining, left arm servos 72%, right arm servos 80%, left leg servos 60%, right leg servos 22%.
Main weapon: Starlight rail cannon, 10 shots.
Secondary weapon: GD Polaris laser rifle 70%, unlimited shots.
Auxilliary weapon: GI 'Flayer' plasma knife, 60 minutes use
Location: Reaver 5-5 (standing), section twelve motor pool muster, Labyrinthus colony, Mars.

The trek to the central armory does little to improve your state of mind, shattered wreckage fills the streets, toppled buildings hinder your progress.  The armory itself is intact, level A is loaded with light suppression gear, useless here.  Level B holds standard munitions, obviosly not adequate if twenty thousand units outfitted with them couldn't even bring down one of the four attackers.  Level C has some promise, with a diverse list of mission specific armaments, from tactical HE Shotguns to light anti-bunker nuclear rail cannon.  Level D is where the gold is however, super heavy anti-ship plasma-lasers, dismounted siege particle beams, Dual stage focused concussion sonic cannons, and light planetary siege weaponry laid out like a banquet.  Smiling grimly, you set out to arm yourself.

Doom has taught me to love the shotgun. Investigate level C.

Yep, I definitely want the particle beam cannon now. Maybe the Bose Heterodyne Sonic Cannon too.
Anything else?

Assuming we can only have three weapons, take:
Bose Hurricane dual stage focused concussion sonic cannon: 100 AP, 20 damage, unlimited payload (cabled)
3M Hellstar electro-magnetic linear mass-driver: ignores armor, 200 damage, 10 rounds (clip magazine)
'Avatar' plasma sword: 40 AP, 30 damage 120 minutes use
'Duke' dismounted particle-beam cannon: 100 AP, 500 damage, 1 minute recharge (internal fusion core, particle collection grid)
Keep the final space for extra ammo.

In response to loadout: you have a total of five (5) slots for equipment, you currently have three (3) of those slots filled, you may use unoccupied slots for additional ammunition.  The slots are: left hand, right hand, left shoulder, right shoulder, utility (sword/knife/shotgun)

Also status update and stats (reaver only)

Main body: armor 30, hp 136/300
left arm: armor 20, hp 108/150
right arm: armor 20, hp 120/150
left leg: armor 25, hp 120/200
right leg: amor 25, hp 44/200

Extra edit bonus info!
Starlight rail cannon: 50 AP, 50 damage, 10 rounds (clip magazine)
GD Polaris laser rifle: 5 AP, 10 damage, unlimited payload (cabled)
GI 'Flayer' plasma knife: 30 AP, 10 damage, 60 minutes use

I would have said all, but I kinda like firepower...

So my choices will be duchy for the shoulders. GD Laser right and the GE plasma for left leaving the Excellector as my utility.

Edit: Update.

If these Ocarai are so damn tough, threre's no room for messing around, only the heaviest weapons will punch through or burn down their defenses.  The menacing, matte-black armored casing of a Duke siege cannon now adorns your left shoulder mount, to complement it you add a Hellstar rail cannon to the right.  After some consideration you add a Hurricane, it's unlikely the Ocarai mechs will be armored against piercing burning AND vibrational damage.  Finally you swap out your flayer for an Avatar plasma sword, after some more thought you load up your left side with extra magazines for the rail cannon.
The whole process takes maybe five minutes, during which the Reaver's self repair systems bring long-range sensors back online, you risk an extra five to fill up your auxiliary capacitors.  The scene as you return to the surface is no less hellish than when you left, your sensors report the closest enemy signature is almost a kilometer away, closing on the western hab blocks.
