Actually, we do have employee space. Why did we fire all the guards, we only needed to fire two. Guess I need to be more specific next time.

Anyway:

Hire 2 guards
Investigate Office upgrade/Guardhouse construction*
Design the M-4 (auto), which uses both automatic firing and a rifled pistol barrel


*Structure that makes capacity for guards, and guards alone.

Lets no give the guards the M-3 we will have the much better M-4 and won't have a contract for that for a while, It'll also let us check on how useful it is.

We have a contract to deliver 20 guns per turn.

We have 5 guns now, and we build 15 per turn.

Then we do risk sending them a damaged or already used gun.

Besides it's not like the M-3 is a special gun. It's a rather basic thingy.
