Baron Victor Von Simons, I'm glad you've finally registered with the Bureau of Weapons Advancement And Management which entitles you to all the boons that gives. You'll be granted a five thousand dollar research fund, the right to research and produce weapons of war within the Empire, and your choice of a contract from one of the military branches of the Empire which will secure you a very basic line of income for further projects though I am required to remind you that as it stands we have a no weapons trade policy with all nations and powers excluding UNAC, and the Papal States should you find a way to procure such a trade arrangement.
Now if you'll excuse me Sir I have a lot of work to do, you'll retrieve information on available contracts within the week, and you will find the research fund has already been deposited in your company's account. Have a good day!"
With that she returns to ignoring you, instead choosing to tap lazily on her keyboard while you turn and leave the Bureau Office making your way out into the capital London. Your two guards fall into step behind you as you make your way through the city, the words Jormugandr Industries picked out in red on the uniforms they wore with pistols strapped to their hips, nowadays you couldn't walk through the nicer streets in London without getting jumped by orphans, or the gangs of homeless criminals the war had created. All around the signs of war still remain despite the war having ended almost a year prior in June of 1944 as Nazi Germany proved to be a difficult nut to crack, as the Normandy Invasion was ground to a halt by far superior defensive positions, the french resistance was crushed by the newly reformed SS, and the USSR's Operation Bagration turned into a complete defeat as key traitor elements and well laid traps on the German sized destroyed a major portion of the Red Army.
Repairs were still being made to numerous buildings from the severe bombing the Nazis had inflicted upon the once beautiful city, and the nation was still struggling to bring the capital back under control thanks to many of those who'd been put out of their homes turned to crime as a way to survive. Its clear that the Empire truly needs good defense contractors who can lead some truly innovative weapon designs to give them the edge in the global theater, even now the threat of war loomed over every nation's head and tensions were high, especially in government where the higher ups worked hard to better regulate the draft laws and system, and solidify war assets.
From the capital you make your way deep into the countryside where your transport pulls up outside a small compound consisting of a small one floor office building with the Jormugandr Industries logo on the side, a barn looking structure made of metal with a dozen or so chimneys and small smoke stacks coming out the sides, and a two floor nondescript building surrounded by a chain-link fence with two guards patrolling the roof. This was it, the entirety of Jormugandr Industries in less than a square mile of space, with these three buildings a your small amount of personnel you had to build this up to being the best Defense Contractor in the Empire's border if you wanted any chance of success, well you might as well start now ...

Payment: $800 for the first shipment of 20, and (if the Advance Recon finds the weapon agreeable) $400 every month after for another shipment of 20 until the contract is cancelled.
Contract 2 - His Majesty's Royal Navy requires a Carbine for use by Special Landing Forces
Requirements: Must be a Carbine, Must be Below 10 Complexity, Must be 6 Weight or Below, Must be Semi-Auto
Payment: $1600 for a Shipment of 50 of the weapons
Contract 3 - The Department of Internal Investigations is asking for an accurate and high-powered rifle.
Requirements: Must be a Rifle, Must be Below 10 Complexity, Must be Semi-Auto, Must have 5 Accuracy or Higher, Must have a Firepower of 5 or higher.
Payments: $600 for 6 of these rifles with an additional $100 for every other one shipped up to a max of 20.
