Naming our guys after philosophies would be pretty baller.

Pessimistic
Egalitarian
Moralist

Those could be good future names.

A Dao is also a type of sword. Hmmm...

Could be

Tokoba, Shotel, Nimcha, which Wikipedia informs me are all kinds of african sword, and thus seem suitable. Each is distinctive from the other two as well.

-Operation Greenmeal-
D.C. Subway
We should probably start backing off. Get back to the light. A mirthless laugh from another CBDC. It's probably just some animal! I dunno about you, but I'm not scared of a few rabid dogs. Marcos explains calmly. It's not a dog. It's a person. The temperature in the tunnel drops several degrees. And in that same moment of fear, of collectively heightened awareness as the instincts started to take over, the sound. That awful sound. Distant, but this time, everyone heard it.

Before anyone can finish processing that piece of information, a new detail presents itself. Not 40 meters ahead the tunnel can be seen to bend, and the reason why it can be seen at all is because a flickering orange glow is spilling around it, and it's steadily growing brighter. A train?! Is the unknown agent's first instinct, but everyone quickly rules that out after a few seconds of watching how slowly the light grew. A man appeared around the corner at a dead run. He was wearing a bright yellow hazard suit identical to the ones being worn by the CBDC agents, and he was covered in flames. His uniform was blackened and dripping as the material melted and then hardened into his skin. Jesus-! He ran several meters before collapsing on the tracks, the whole time screaming at an astonishing volume.

A dark shape emerges around the corner. A jet of flame arcs out from the center of the shape, splashing on the corpse of the still burning man. The light from the flame reflects off the figure's visor. Command this is Alpha, one of the terrorists is armed with a flamethrower!! The terrorist looked up from his torched prey, and began marching towards the team, levelling the arm of his torch.

D.C. Streets
Bravo and Charlie stop the truck in a parking lot that can't be seen from the street, dismount and start bounding up the street together in a tight group.

They've cleared the buildings and are crossing the street to the factory when the sound of shattering glass is heard. Luckily the sidewalk closest to the factory is lined with several sedans and the BSAA operatives react instantly, diving or rolling behind the vehicles as the crackle of gunfire is heard and bullets pepper the pavement where the rookies once stood. The firefight intensifies as the rookies shoot back, to little effect, being pinned down in an inferior position. SCR.4 peeks around the rear end of the car he's being covered by through the scope of his rifle, and pulls away in almost the same instant as a burst of rounds hiss past him. He calls out breathlessly. There's five on the upper floor! The terrorists are arrayed along the upper floor of the factory, as command warned, firing from the large bay windows with assault rifles. SCR.2 drops his rifle and starts loading a grenade into his Quarterback. I'll take care of em'! DON'T!! That factory is used for producing chemicals! The place is one big biohazard, who knows what could happen if you used grenades in there! The operative swears in French as he scrabbles for his rifle again. [S-shit! Fuck!] It's your call Commander! The team continues trading fire with the terrorists, neither side inflicting any casualty, though the BSAA rookies are beginning to feel the pressure as their cover starts to deteriorate.

Alpha team, fall back and let the CBDC handle this.
Bravo team, hold position and try to keep them suppressed.
Charlie team, try to swing around to wherever the ladder is, and try to get to the roof. Do what you can to not be spotted.

Alpha Team - Shoot to kill. Keep an eye out for more hostiles.
Bravo - suppressive fire.
Charlie - Run for the ladder.

Basically Worldmaster's, but with Alpha shooting the flamethrower guy rather than running.

I would ask why fire can burn two men to death without getting hot enough to burn a book, but then I read "INEXTINGUISHABLE RUNNING KAMIKAZE RADIOACTIVE FLAMING ZOMBIE" and realized that logic, reason, and physics are all occupied with crying in the corner right now.

I suggest the following:

For DC Subway

Alpha team SAR-1 lob a grenade at the terrorists feet.
SAR-5 and Shotel will attempt to suppress the terrorist.
The Rest will fall back and into cover maker sure theres no unknown elements attempting to sandwich you. That would be bad.

For the Factory

SBR-5 and 6 along with SCR-6 (the only guy in all the squads with a sniper rifle...) are to break off as discretely/quickly as possible and make it to the inside of a building. Once inside you are to begin picking off the terroists that are firing off at your squads. Aim at the 5 on the (upper floor).

The rest are to return fire and hold position. We can't let these guys have alone time now that we've spooked them or they may attempt to run away with precious information.

By the way Bravo 5 and 6 above have a Light machine gun (great for laying down suppression fire so others can return fire) and a shotgun dude who can take point inside the random building in case there's someone that needs to be iced.

Thoughts?

This, but have Alpha just use conventional firearms. If those are non-effective against the torso, aim for extremities like legs and arms. Do not go close until you have a confirmed kill.

-Operation Greenmeal-
D.C. Subway
CBDC are already crouched and pressed against the walls, firing at the walking terrorist. He doesn't slow his pace as the rounds deflect and spark off his body. Command, I think he's wearing some kind of body armor! SAR.5-6 are suppressing! Fall back Alphas! Roger, moving! Let's go! Nimcha lets off one last burst before turning and sprinting back towards the platform along with SAR.1-3. The two remaining rookies take the lead as CBDC do their best to hold their ground against the armored shadow. Shotel knocks his bipod open as he hits the ground while SAR.5 drops to one knee without slowing down, sliding a bit on the chunky gravel on either side of the tracks. The LMG sputters twice as Shotel gets on target, then spits a stream of glowing lead that slams into the terrorist. It actually slows him down for a moment, but he just shakes off the impact and continues wading through the storm of gunfire, rounds bouncing off of his entire body. SAR.5 fires twice and then stops, his shotgun lacking it's normal stopping power at this range.

SAR.1-4 ignore the fading sounds of combat behind them and run back towards the platform. Suddenly the comm squawks and the rookies hear a wash of static. Beneath the noise a voice can be made out, though only just. ..lo?!..an anyo..me?!!…Come i.. As they move further down the tunnel there's a loud click and the transmission suddenly and instantly clears up. -AKE UP AND PICK UP THE PHONE YOU IDIOTS! IS ANYBODY STILL ALIVE?! This is BSAA operative SAR-Four, I can hear you Rico! Calm down! I think we were too far into the tunnel to pick you up, but you're coming in loud and clear now. Nimcha relates the situation. Fuck! They're still fighting in there?! You have to go back and save them! I'm too far, you've gotta do something!

D.C. Streets
Ready?! .. NOW!! The entire squad jumps up and fires at once. The terrorists holler and duck down as their position is chewed by rifle fire. During the lapse SBR.5-6 along with Charlie's sniper leap over their vehicles and sprint for the building. The hostile overwatch recover slightly and begin firing blindly back at the suppressing element. SBR.1 grunts in surprise and falls down, blood spurting from a wound on his upper arm. A lucky shot. SBR.3 lowers his weapon to pull him into cover and the terrorists seize the advantage created by the lapse in firepower to start putting aimed rounds on the team. Suddenly the situation has reverted itself as the BSAA are again pinned down. The action was successful however, in that the assault element managed to reach the building without being noticed by the enemy.

The assault element is pressed against the South wall of the factory building. How should they enter? [Blueprints show entrances on the South, East and North sides - See previous update]
