Any new updates on the countries' deals, or are these the final offers?

+1 Nigeria.

Good work on the success of the negotiations Commander. Get some rest, your flight departs early tomorrow morning. Congratulations.
-Director of the BSAA, D'Seine Girdeux-

-BSAA: West Africa- Year [1], Month [1]
24 hours later you're being driven to the site in an old canvas-top buggy with a leaky radiator and bad brakes. The driver is a dark, somber-faced young man. He's wearing tan, unmarked fatigues and a matching short-billed cap, all stained with sweat. His blouse is unbuttoned and his sleeves are rolled up, and you notice he's wearing sandals. You're unsure if he speaks any English.

The midday heat radiates off the rubber dashboard and the sunbaked ground, and you finally arrive after some hours of driving. The driver steps out of the car wordlessly and you do as much, gazing out across your new base.

It's not much. It consists of a massive stretch of hard, flat plainslands, bordered on one side by beach, which alternates between soft, grainy sand and hard rock outcroppings. A single dirt road leads away from it.

The men have struck camp not far from where the road ends. A small city of tents has been built, and the trucks and other vehicles they used to get here are arranged in a neat row beneath a large plastic awning. The supplies have all been stacked and organized just behind this structure.

A towering caucasian man emerges from one of the larger tents, and glances around for a moment before spotting you. He runs over, features set, though his hand is outstretched.

: Pleased to meet you Commander.

I'm sorry, who are you..?

: Ah, sorry. I'm Chris Redfield. Director Girdeux requested I come down personally.

: Everyone's eager to get started. I'll show you to your quarters sir.

Redfield leads you to your tent, separate from the others. After you've gotten settled, you feel ready to get to work.

Begin construction of more permanent housing. Begin basic work on the shipyard. Have the instructors drill the recruits.
