Anyway, how comes that the Descanites, who supposedly are attacking the city, start out with control of the majority of it.

The area of the deployment zones doesn't really matter. What bugs me is that the 'Scans have more special tiles on their half of the map.

Actually, that was me screwing up quoting your application because I was to lose to look for the form. You want to be in B3011.

Move to Artillery Park. Use Artillery Park. If it does nothing, continue towards the wretched evil Statics.

Turn 4

IcyTea [4][1] kills LordSlowpoke and maim his dead body for some reasons.
GlyphGryph runs to the barracks and manage to convince [3] one of the recruits to join the 'scans!
Secretary General Comrade P. joins the fray! As leader of the statics, he has the following abilities.
Bureaucratic Fast-Track:Once a turn, you can have one of your men move first in the turn order.
Support From the Top: You can transfer up to 4 of your AP to other players.
Rolepgeek goes to the artillery park and find an howitzer! It cannot be moved, but for 6AP can be used to fire anywhere on the map. You need to roll 3+ on 1d6 to succeed and inflict 1d8 damage.
10ebbor10 decides to explore the Red October tractor factory. [6] In the Red Corner, a display about Stakhanov's incredible work ethics inspire him to work harder. He now has 7 AP/turn!

Dang. Well, let me fix that, we'll retcon that. What are your actions for last turn?

Go to B1903 (Oil Refinery). See what I can do here. 4 AP used, 2/6 AP left.

Can I save my last 2 AP for later this turn, or do I have to spend all the AP I am going to in one post?

What I don't want to do is to keep track of how many APs everyone used over many posts. You can do it, but clearly label how many AP you used and have left on each one of your post, or I reserve the right to only pay attention to the first one.

You'd need 7 AP for that (4 for moving, 3 for using the building to see what it does).
