You say you can't even lift. I say bullcrap.
That was a joke, sorry I more was mostly just joking that I wouldn't particularly care about the cloud-look xD
So the basic summary is "actually do something about muscles, and then eat more meat than just dicing chicken or bacon with a bowel of rice and noodles" xD I do own some weighted arm-bands and leg-bands, but any exercise with them was still always cardio in the end. Never really made a difference.
I probably should acquire some heavier weights, hand-dumbbells of the like
That dude is on anabolic steroids. Blech.
Anyway, you want
low repition, high resistance workouts. So, if you're lifting weights, you want to find a weight which you can barely lift after, say, the tenth rep. That'll be a good weight for you, and it will increase as you go. Do maybe three or four sets of that and you're good. If you're lifting enough weight, you'll feel weak afterwords. Then rest a couple days (rotate your muscles, say for example work your arms one day, the next day do squats, then take a day off) and of course eat lots of protein. Eggs are good, so is fish and red meat. This will help you gain muscle mass. Carbohydrates and, well, fat, will also help you gain fat, which you want a little of. As it stands, if you do a workout targeted for muscle mass, you'll end up very lean which is probably ideal.
Oh, and as you're gaining muscles, don't forget to stretch every day. Otherwise you'll get stiff, as well as being at risk of cramps and more serious injuries like torn muscles.
