How am I bound, exactly?
You have your arms held to the sides, in a T-pose, and your feet are unrestrained.
The gag in your mouth is pretty much a solid leather ball, not even your orcish strength could just bite through it.

Oh look, I have a steam account.
Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Can I fight unarmed effectively, using my feet and head, then?

Jee wilikers, I think Highmax is near invulnerable, must have been dunked in the river styx like achilles was.
Just make sure he wears a boot.

Sure, go for it.

I have my backup character on standby.
May want to do an acrobatics check to snap his neck with your legs

I would think that would be a grapple check.

Probably both; acrobatics to get your legs up to do that and then grapple to actually grab him and snap his neck

In the distance, a seagull's call is cut short by it passing too close to a particuraly stealthy shark.

Arassuil and Bret
The cleric and the ranger pick up their things and begin trekking towards the city.
They soon come across a small palisade, and a wooden gate swung open, there are some people that seem to be guards standing around, but pay neither traveler much attention.
There are some small building along the water's edge with small docks, and larger buildings farther into the city.

Spencer

The paladin makes his way over to the counter, watching the couple at the table.
He's not sure, but he almost thinks he saw the elf wink at him, but he certainly saw the dwarf elbowing her in the ribs afterwards, which was either unfelt or ignored.
The bartender looks up from the counter.
"A room's half a gold a night, best price in town, I assure you."
Spencer notices one of the robed guys staring vacantly at him.
The other one speaks up. "Don't mind him, he does that when he's drunk... Or sober, for that matter.
He glances over the paladin's clothing.
"Say, you wouldn't happen to be from up north, would you?"

Garenth and Robin

Orcfodder raises his hand, and a brilliant flash of light erupts from his fingertips.
It seems to catch their attention, as they start sailing closer.

Joe

Joe prepares to deliver the mother of all headbutts to his adversary, but right before he could come within range, a shout come from abovedeck.
"Wesley! Stop what you're doing and don't make a sound, and don't let that idiot say anything, either, we're about to have company."
A tarp is dragged over the grate, sending the room into almost pitch black darkness.
Joe can still see the man drawing a compact crossbow out from behind his back, however.
"Alright, Orc, here's how this'll go down. Either you be a good boy and don't make a peep, or I'll shoot you in the fucking face, got it?"

This entire update was written on my phone.

"Aye, that I am. What gave it away? And would you kindly tell me who you are?"
Keep my distance, but turn towards the one that spoke and if they don't start anything, get up and sit with them. If they DO start something, as in if they start to attack, ready an action to charge the dwarf and bring down my hammer on his skull

Firstly, that's a work of superhuman effort.
Secondly:
Bret stops, and turns to his temporary traveling companion. "Well, good luck to you in your future endeavors, friend. May Kolni watch over you."
Bret wanders the streets of Ravencrest, trying to get an understanding of the layout of the city, focusing on religious centers.
