Okay. Out of all the people there Eldon is probably the strongest link, and if you actually want to make a ship canon, I think Eldon is more likely. Although you could ship tease every male character, but that's..urghhh

So, we've been working on some setting stuff.

-Outland City, also known as the TSAB-Administered Metropolis (democracy does not come up with good names) is your standard overly diverse Mega City, home to the Phone Book, Club 404, Lighter Than Air, Kyle's Auto Hotel, Vix the Cryomancer, so on and so forth. It is governed by the TSAB, and uses primarily magitech with a dash of everything else. It is slowly growing as the cumbersome bureaucracy gets to assimilating various small communities that already exist (the TSAB arrived here recently by political timescales, but much earlier than the PCs), as well as from the outward push of the ever-expanding population.
-Other cities exist, like Mcclay's one that had that newspaper, however the fuck you spell it.

- Sapphira is off somewhere else entirely.

I'll get to describing Orașul Pierdut in detail later.
For now the idea that its a slightly smaller Megacity, is predominantly human with a monster minority and has been under the stifling grip of dictatorial regime for the last 12 years (in part due to TSAB aggression which has helped the current тиранин keep control over a frightened populace), is good enough.

Personality: Elizabeth is somewhat playful with how she uses her powers, and quite curious as well.

 Normal Clothing- Exactly what it sounds like. See appearance for description.

Inventory:
 Laptop- It's a standard sort of laptop, and not special besides being a usual conduit for Elizabeth's powers.

* Twi ponders whether or not to rank his NPCs in the way that the TSAB does, magic-wise. Which is a complicated rating system, but basically goes F= no power, E= bare minimum, then D, C, B, A, S, more S's, with approximately a thousand variations to accommodate various weird abilities and such. Example:  Miranda Irving is an F, but the TSAB would classify her strength as an Inherent Skill and give her an effective rank of C-physical (the TSAB isn't used to physical weaponry, seeing as their magitech is generally safer and more easy to set to stun). I figure most PCs should be up to C or B, maaaybe a few A's, with some hanging around E or D. Marie, of course, could easily obtain S if she took the test.

Or you can bug me and set up a different vague rating system, your choice. :p

Well yeah, but they'd probably rank his augmentations or something. Tasrak... hmm. My rule of thumb is that PC stats = C (with some exceptions, i.e Fuuka who's still in trainee mode at D or Sarah who would be D without any machines to steal).
