1)It eats the whole universe
2)Outside the ship, random matter will drift into it, causing whatever horrible effects occur from eating it.
3)It will fall into the hands of unsuspecting people, destroying entire planets.

Here is a hint for those familiar with the K-class events.

At its later stages, it would cause a ZK class multiverse restructuring if it wasn't contained by the ship's cycles. You peeps will only reach stage 3 if you don't throw anything more in before the cycle ends. That will be bad enough as it is.
