Ducking under spear and blade, practically rolling under the knight who now stood between Daethwin and the soldier who kept trying to stab him, the bard came to a standing position near Sandra, in the center of a cluster of people. Poor Barthus, getting left behind.

Oh well, they'd rescue him soon enough.

"Thanks for that...let me repay you, the only way I know how."

That wasn't strictly true, but Daethwin opted for singing in this case anyway. A glorious song about honor and triumph despite overwhelming odds, the righteousness of heroes and the villainy of, well, villains. It wasn't a particularly intricate or subtle song -Daethwin was a bit distracted at the moment for such things- but it was sung by a bard whose voice was crystal clear even in the midst of combat and the haze of pain.

Move to K16, start a party (not in my pants, unfortunately) with everyone nearby.
