The therapist, Dr. Fortaytoo, looks up from the 42nd page of his 42nd  draft of his new novel, The 42 42s. "You called?" he asks you 42 times. "Yes", you answer 42 more. The doctor uses his 42-step process to convince you that you don't have any tea, and in a puff of illogic, the headturtle vanishes.
