Treatment for eye syndromes anyone? I was thinking a bandage over the sockets but some say that would cause explosive buildup.

Since I'll be gone the next couple of days, I might as well change back now...

I'm not sure if my avatar is officially annoying.

Official List of Union Members added to the OP.

Feel free to wonder why you aren't there.

I'm not sure if my avatar is officially annoying.
Not really annoying. I'd say it's awesome. But animated.

Is there a union for the avatar-less?

There is none. For now.

However, having no avatar at all is static.

Yeah, I guess it is starting to get a little old.

Back to my rotator.

But I'm putting the intensity in there in the rotation to bug you guys.

This union of static avatars is offensive to me as you haven't taken the concept of static avatar far enough, I propose the creation of a fanatical splinter group of eternal static avatars, for those who's avatars remain unchanged for the entire time they remain in the forum. No longer should us permstats tolerate the blasphemous trend of change, no longer must we tolerate those who periodically reinterpret their image in line with some temporary social phenomenon. Rise up eternals! Your time has come!

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.

What? Static avatars and yet you still have 2d shapes? Shame on you! Take single 1d points for your avatars and I'll clap.

You're two pages late. :P

... in any case, I've had the same avatar since I joined, I do believe. It doesn't move, and is more static than many of the forum's members, nevermind their avatar. I'll just be over here, not so quietly declaring victory over all of you.
Same here, though I'm short of your greatness by about 6 months.
Close enough. We could form the Antediluvian Confederacy of Antiquated Avatars and fight the tide of whippersnappers and vibrating midgets.

... really though, that sounds like too much effort. The ACAA shall sleep for another aeon. The stars are not yet right.

Can I be considered for membership in the near future?

'Cause I'm bored with the Descan fad and will soon return to nonmoving Fancy Conure.
