Kyle walks over to him.

The man looks away to the side and keeps drinking, pretending he didn't notice you.

Hes so stunned by what he sees, that he takes a few minutes to answer. "N-Not really, the only other dwarf in town I know is me sister."

Riko sighs sadly. ..Alright then... But you better come back for me.

Kyle looks at him.
"Not even a hello?"

The man looks over to you slowly, giving off a nervous smile. He had dark ebony skin, and a thin body, but only obvious by his thin hands, the rest of his body was covered by a soft looking dark blue robe, with a light blue trim. "'ello friend. What can I 'elp jou wit?"

Riko sighs sadly. ..Alright then... But you better come back for me.

"Riko, have I ever broken a promise to you?"

Take the bounty on Joan.

Turns out Joan is actually in town, living life as a vagrant in the outskirts.

"Well, I have a home ta fit many o' our brothers and sisters."

Ironhammer, still awestruck, nods his head slowly. "A-Alright, I will get my sister and try to get word to other dwarves."

Alunk nods his approval, and returns to the fortress, trying to discover why it was abandoned.

"Because I haven't." He smiles and leans down, kissing his forehead. "I promise Ill be back for you." He backflips out of the doorway, and flies away, just as the anti-vampire militia runs by."

Find her. Arrest her.

You head to the slums in the outskirts of town, looking around, no one even looks at you, let alone gives you any information, but you eventually find her sleeping in an alley, wearing newspaper like a blanket, with a little kid with her.

"Just wondering if you were the one who bought me a drink."

The man takes a drink and looks down into his cup. "...Maybe."

Alunk nods his approval, and returns to the fortress, trying to discover why it was abandoned.

You look around, trying to figure out why they left. Eventually you end up in the dining hall, and looking around the kitchen, you notice a distinct lack of food, even remnants of scraps.

"Did they run out o' food? They didn't starve, there aint no corpses." He thinks to himself. Remembering the large room with the chest, he investigates the contents of said chest.

..The door is still broken... It hasn't quite dawned on Riko yet the enormity of the situation.

"Miss D'Arc?"

Wake her, and explain the situation to her.

"If I may hear your story before I arrest you? Just curious."
