You mean refreshed? I think it'd be a bit problematic that he'd have to be DANCED, since the only capable of doing that is promoting into bard, who I believe don't have acces to it.

Bards most definitely have access to perform, improved in fact. All Performer classes have a version of perform. Dancers dance 2, but with range, Bards dance 4, but only adjacent.
