Because I stick to RP a lot more than whats best for my character a lot of the time. This is quite prevalent in my making of a Tanky Healer, as well as a glass cannon knight in a game I used to play online, and a claymore wielding thief in another. I'm unconventional when it serves Roleplay of the character... except the thief, that was just for hilarities sake.

Nope they have 4. We just get +2 on promo so that spies promoted from archer trainees dont lag behind.
