Tiruin, just post something. It doesn't even have to be dialogue, it can be as simple as "Josephine was too busy getting drunk to pay attention to her new companions", or something along those lines. We just need to establish that your character is there, but at the moment you're holding up the entire game. Expressions can wait; in FEF 1 most of us went quite a few chapters with just default mugs.

Sorry Tiruin, didn't realize you didn't know you could just take the sprite and go with it. Once I make a base mug, I don't really care if people take it, don't take it, delete half of it, etc. I'm just doing this cause I enjoy it, not cause I need people to use my sprites.

In other news though, Barthus will be fun to RP with once he's up and about. He's the most passive character I've made yet, as he's neither gallant like Miguel nor pompous and full of thoughts like Colt. Yet I need to find him a wife. Goodie

Biography

In a land where secrets make the man, Barthus Goodfellow is remarkable in that he has no secrets.

A blacksmith by trade, Barthus made lucrative business in Arup where he lived. Ever industrious and jolly, his blade working was unmatched by his competitors. In  spite of a rather a potent eye injury sustained at an early age; he had a knack for making bladed weapons and a certain amount of discretion that made his services lucrative. Money was no problem. He had a nice shop at the edge of town. His lodgings were comfortable enough, and the ale of Arup was fine. His beard was large and luscious, the envy of all other blacksmith in the city.

As Barthus grew older however, he realized that he did have a problem. For as much as he enjoyed his work, his life was lacking something. Barthus realized that he was lonely. Each night he would return home from the shop, and stare at the peaceful doves outside of his window. Then, like a flash of lightning; he realized the problem.

Barthus wanted a wife. Try as he might though, no woman in Arup would have him. It occurred to him dimly that if no woman would have him here, he would instead have to seek out one himself. So it was decided. He would go on a quest for love; not knowing just where it would take him. Packing up a few meagre belongings and selling his shop, he struck out to see the world.

There we go. Just look at that handsome man. He's a lady killer.
