scap hasn't been active for 3 days. Not just not posting in this game, but not on the forum at all. He seems to disappear periodically for random lengths of time, so I figured that 4 days was sufficient.

Yes, and I asked Blade if I could. That's the thing here. If you'd asked me if you could move for scap, I would have said yes. I also would have mentioned that I'm not going to probably update til Sunday, but I would have said yes. It's the moving without asking thing that I'm less than a fan of.

I won't be updating til at least tomorrow night. If by, say, 10 PM EST time tomorrow, scap/Ranger haven't posted, you can move for them. Remember that Violet was refreshed as well.

...a rather big deal was just made about people posting for people, it's really not very surprising that Runa's not been moved at all.
