As SerCon said, yinz have 75 exp before you promote. So make sure you know the following things:

1) What class you're promoting into
2) What weapon subcategory you want proficiency in (or staff subcategory)
3) Where your extra 5% of growth is going
4) What your new PS is going to be

A reminder that Personal Skills may not give the same effect. So you can't have one that gives +15 evd if within three squares of an ally and another one that gives +15 evd if below 50% HP.

Eh, I suppose getting some RES is nice, at least. I'd obviously have preffered to get some STR or DEF, but it's alright nonetheless.
