Google wasn't overly helpful, though there were a bunch of sprite sheets from some of the old NES/SNES games.

With gratuitous copy-and-paste, someone could use one of the sheets to make a gif.

I've done it before, and it didn't turn out too bad. Took forever though.

E: Gave it a whirl. I think it came out okay. Though it took me a few tries.

First I forgot to align the sprites, so they were jumping everywhere. Then I forgot to make sure that everything was within bounds, so the tail kept disappearing out of the top of the picture..

Looks like I switched out my Racers 'Scan on the last days of this fad. Whatever, if I get a rotated avatar at any point, I'l be sure to add both the "static" and vibrating Racers 'Scans to it.
