They may be appearing to be vibrating at different rates due to load times.  They load pretty fast but I don't think a gif starts it's animation til fully loaded, and on a scale of milliseconds it can probably make a noticeable difference.

Mine was just 100ms delay per frame because it was the default and I am lazy.

100ms per frame, 2 frames for a full period of 200 ms. Frequency is just the inverse of period time, so
