Well, as Patriarch of Rome, I find that we have a nice trade republic in the Meditteranean. However, the is plenty of world trade we're not capturing. I demand that you establish a trade republic in the Baltic/North Sea! (Gotland would be nice)

Ghazkull, could you make a separate waitlist for Patriarchs? I'm sure there are many people that don't feel like playing, but will be willing to give stupid mandates.
