Description: An extremely decisive, brooding character, who is quick to point out any flaws in the plans of his team, and is extremely intelligent. He is extremely frail looking and has extreme disdain for melee. He always wears a stale looking coat covered in wires that connect directly into his head. He has some sort of headgear on his head that looks like a bronze-purple ring connected to a pulsating thin jewel in the front.

Intelligent : By far one of the smartest among the lot. Massive boost to anything requiring intelligence.
Psionically gifted : Can use his psi abilities
Psionically augmented mind : Skills go up and down depending on tension, mood, situation, etc.
Frail : Massive disadvantage in melee combat, can injure self in certain physical tasks or situations
Learning : Abilities have 60 percent chance to fail, 50 to effect self ( temporary massive loss of intelligence if dominate hits self ), 30 to effect team
Nearsighted : Miss chance due to range is doubled. Change to spot stealth is halved.
Limp : Slower movement
Abilities: Psi abilities depend on the status of his amp and coat, and the situation. Can attempt to dominate an enemy, allowing full control over the actions of the enemy until I do ANYTHING else or get attacked.

Other: Augmented Coat (+1 to all, -2 if damaged, -5 if destroyed )
