You and many others, for various reasons, ended up marooned on this rather outdated station orbiting Solatik V. The station's name is WayStation 41, however it is normally referred to as Ways by the locals. You have found a bar, it is fairly empty, but there are a few other patrons. Some of these patrons are rather exotic. It seems as some people are walking into the bar from various other doors as well, maybe it's happy hour?
