Tayeth tries to put as much space between herself and Kate as possible.

[Playergamer]

"What'd I do?"

[Lyeos]

"What are you waiting for, Vlad?!"

In her attempt to give Kate room, Tayeth ends up falling onto the floor, resulting in a loud thud.

"Damn it!"

[Playergamer]

"Now I'm confused!"

[Lyeos]

"Just figure out what we're going to do tomorrow! We deserve a break after dealing with that dragon, so I guess we can just use tomorrow to relax."

Tayeth takes Vlad's bed, since he's apparently just going to stay outside the whole time.

[Playergamer]

Vlad walks inside and sits on the ground.

"How am I supposed to know what we're doing?"

[Lyeos]

"You're supposed to come up with ideas. Kate, you should too."

[Playergamer]

"Idea: You come up with an idea."

[Lyeos]

"We could go shopping, but most of the stuff here wouldn't inter- actually, some of it's pretty useful. Expensive, though. Of course, we could buy some magic fireworks. We could go sailing, but... I'd rather not.... I overheard someone saying something about something called an 'airship' being ready to take it's first journey to some city in the west in two days. Let's see... Obviously, I could try to learn some magic while here. What else..."

Tayeth frowns a bit.

"We could look for work, or you could try to steal something."

[Playergamer]

"I still owe you something, if I remember correctly."

[Lyeos]

"I have no idea what you're talking about."

Tayeth sits up and stares at Vlad. Her eyes are still purple.

"Oh! And there's a tournament in three days. I don't remember what the prize was supposed to be, though. You and Kate could enter it. I can't, because apparently mages aren't allowed to participate..."

[Playergamer]

"What type of tournament is allowed, and how exactly did they phrase the "no mages allowed" rule?"

[Lyeos]

"Basically, if you can shoot death from your hands, heal yourself, create armor or weapons, summon things to fight with you... You're not allowed to participate. You're just fighting other people, either on your own or in a team of two, and you have to use the equipment they provide because there's something special about it. I think it knocks people out rather than kills them."

Tayeth tosses her book at Vlad.

"Where are you going to sleep?"

[Playergamer]

"I'll sleep in the other room, I guess."

[Lyeos]

"... Are you sure you don't want to share a bed with Kate?"

"Kate, you want that, right?"
