"No time for that. I just needed to talk to you alone... You do know that if we ever run into Ril and Lukas again, I'm going to kill Lukas and torture Ril, right?"

Tayeth kisses Vlad again.

"Wouldn't Ril still explode? It was stress, not death, right?

Vlad smiles again. He seems to do that a lot.

"... I think I can figure out a way to have certain spells activate after a certain amount of time. At least long enough for everyone else to get away."
