"Thanks. This would be easier if we had a virgin to sacrifice, but I don't feel like searching for Lukas."

If I do this, hopefully he'll never try to learn. It's not even necessary.

Tayeth cuts a small rune into the palm of her left hand, then presses against in the center of the circle.

[Prophet]

Lukas walks off into the forest.

Vlad winces.

"Ouch. That looks painful."

The poor dagger. I'm gonna have to clean that.

[Lyeos]

"If I say that it is, will you promise to never try magic?"

Tayeth says a single, unintelligible word before her left hand is engulfed by what appears to be gray fire.

"Step back, Vlad. This... Might go horribly wrong."

She slowly touches the tip of her index finger to different runes scattered around the circle, and the flames slowly spread until they fill it.

((And suddenly, my brain is dead again.))

"Already have, multiple times, for multiple, very different, reasons.

Vlad steps back to the door, but stays in the room.

[Prophet]

Lukas tries to hunt.

[Lyeos]

"You have? When? For what reason? I'll have to kill you if you learn too much."

((Basically waiting for rolls, now.))

[Playergamer]

"I'll tell you if you don't explode, ok?"

[Lyeos]

"You'll tell me now. The hard part is over, so now, we wait. Which reminds me..."

Tayeth mutters something again, and the flames around her hand go out.
