Ye Be Peasants

Level 0 Adventurers!
For some reason, the mayor has called a meeting. Everyone in the village is here, waiting for the mayor to begin speaking. He finally walks up to the pedestal, and begins talking.

"Hello my loyal subjects! I trust you know about the goblin cave to the North of the village? They have been burning farms and raiding caravans, and I have decided, enough is enough! We will root those goblins out, and slaughter them!"

Everyone cheers. He holds up a hand to be quiet, and continues.

"Unfortunately, the militia is too important to waste on goblins, and thus I have decided to send all of you into the caves!"

Everyone is silent.

"Don't be like that! We'll give you weapons. Any volunteers? No? Then I'll just have to pick at random."

He points at six people, including, surprisingly, you. He gestures for you six to come up to the table, where you can see some very, very basic weapons. Four clubs and two knives.

"Choose whichever one you want. You have an hour (One Turn) and then you're off to the caves!"
This is a relatively simple game that I'm running because my keyboard is broken and I can update this on an iPad. You are peasants, sent to clear out a goblin infestation. Your goals are 1. Get rid of the goblins, and 2. Survive. Inspired by In Defense of Valorland and Peasant Quest.

Description: Let's be honest, this is less a club and more a tree branch. It looks like someone cut a little excess weight off the thing, but it's still pretty unwieldy.

Description: A simple brown dress with short cut hair like a boys and soft leather shoes. Facial appearence is like my avatar. She had been apprenticing to the local cobbler when this sudden meeting and apparent being thrown into a cave full of monsters is. This will not end well.
Weapon of Choice: Kitchen Knife
First Action: Collect any available food that can act as a healing item before going into the Cave. Attempt to collect some leather boots for everyone.

Description: Red haired and naturally selected for that purpose to go to the goblins. A widow whose husband died of war before any children could be gotten from the marriage, she is an expert at simple farming and cooking with passable skills at sewing and weaving. She has at times been seen as a burden on the community because she has no husband, despite the fact that she can still provide for herself, if only a small bit. So it ends like this does it?
Weapon of Choice: The crudely made club
First Action: Pack any provisions like food or bandages or dare I hope armor or something that can be used as a shield I can find and reasonably get (prepare for journey. Might even manage to get a farming implement a la pitch fork or hoe.

Name: Ginny Glover
Gender: Female
Age: 27
Description: lanky, with a slightly goblinlike face and rather thin, black hair Ginny is the town gravedigger Obadiah's wife, which, as it happens, also makes her the assistant gravedigger when her husband's too drunk to dig any graves, which is quite often these days. And when the time came for Obadiah to enlist in the goblin-slaying venture, Ginny decided she'd go in his stead as well. Couldn't be too difficult, this whole adventuring business, could it?
Weapon of Choice: knife! Or whatever's left, anyway.
First Action: Go back home and get the shovel, as well as pack a lunch and grab all the booze I can.

(Waiting on Persus. Meanwhile, things I forgot to mention/didn't mention in the first post! This'll grow every now and then.)

Spoiler: Rolling (click to show/hide)

The rolling system is fairly simple. Non-combat rolls are rolled on 1d6 before bonuses, and weapons have specified dice that are rolled against the enemy's dodge dice.

Combat goes like this:

Accuracy vs Dodge (If Dodge roll is 1/2 larger then Accuracy, counterattack.)

(If Accuracy beats Dodge) Damage vs Soak

The knife and the club are both 1d4 accuracy, 1d4 damage.

EDIT: I accidentally made it almost impossible to hit with the club. Will fix that.
