"Yes Epona, I understand...Selina is a very nice person."Ayleen hummed her exotic tunes as she stroked the mane of Selina's mount as they stood on the ship, having little to do given all her equipment was safe and readied. She wondered how Julian took the role of enforced mercantilism at heart--
Maybe he actually hates it, doing it only to get to his sister. Very noble act for him, truly. No wonder he isn't that energetic when talking about prices, goods and the rules of supply and demand. It must be mentally fatiguing him to the point of hatred for this...erm, to say the least. The recent events didn't look like something to pep up the merchant's mood, she surmised. While they were technically progressing, she felt like it wasn't to the expectations of the merchant at all.
She looked at Epona.
| "You were pretty spooked some time ago huh, it's like whatever that pirate did had real bad energies to it." An idea hit her. "But. They had to have a usual route to attack merchant fleets or passing ships, right? Mm...Do you think whoever they-and by that I mean the amulet-got it from would be in the talk of the commoners? That...would really help. Maybe it was connected with something larger than-... Interesting idea-hold on."

She looked at the cabin where Selina was, and pondered that she wouldn't mind her borrowing Epona for a bit.
"Could I ride you for a bit, girl? Would you mind? No, really?" She soothed the nomadic horse as she played around with her, checking the saddle,
"We'll be back to the ship soon; I have to get information fast, could you move a bit to the ri-ahh thanks."Ride off to the local taverns in search of any information: Were there any rumors or reports of any ship being raided which held a mage as a passenger along the timelines set in the diary. 192.
Besides the numerous coffers filled with precious metals and beautiful fabrics, we got some jewellery off the passengers. The mage that mumbled something at us as he died, he had this strange amulet which I have taken for myself. Is beautiful, and I'm pretty sure these tear-shaped jewels are rubies. First time I see gemstones that big.

Roger went mad and stabbed Johann. He kept screaming about his nightmares. He jumped off the ship and we couldn't get him out before he drowned.
PS: Roch just came in and told me that Johann died from blood loss, the wound refused to close even with all the medicine we had stashed in the hold.

More people mad. I locked myself in my room and I'm wondering if the amulet is for blame. I started to feel dizzy by simply being near it, not to mention wearing it. I've hidden it in safe place far from quarters.
195.
Screams everywhere, my hands are turning green. This amulet is cursed, the entire ship is cursed. We tossed supplies overboard but even the fresh fish we catch burn our insides and tastes like rotten meat. Some killed themselves, some jumped into the sea. I hear fighting.
I need to lie down, my stomach is burning like hell.
PS: I vomited blood, I think I'm done for.

i think i heard someone saying that johann crawled back onto the deck from the sea this is terryfying
